软件连接失败

As I understand the manual, I connect pin 4 to pin 8 for >4 seconds. When I do this nothing happens. Is there any way to return the wifi config to default? When I search wifi AP from my phone I don't see Elfin... This device was setup for a site which no longer exists so I need to return it to factory default to be able to use it.
