目前我们系统中使用了约300多个串口服务器，每天都有几个串口服务器会卡死（有的卡死时只有power灯会亮，有的卡死时所有灯常亮，但他们卡死时均ping不通，后台网页无法登录），断电重启后可以恢复正常，但过段时间又会卡死。请问一般是什么原因会导致卡死？希望得到贵司技术支持，可以的话加我微信：15767604826（黄靓仔），谢谢！

串口服务器接收下位机报文时，报文部分缺失。（换新串口测试正常！）

设备型号HF9606W，通过APSTA连接互联网后远程下载西门子1200PLC程序。根据教程已配置，但无法ping通plc设备地址。将电脑ip改成设备IP后，把设备网口插电脑上，可以屏通，无线网为热点。 主要看图片10.图片11.麻烦解答，谢谢

I have a Modbus bridge made from PE11 and HF5111S. It fails every few days and one end or the other has to be rebooted. Is there a solution for this? In the meantime, is the way to schedule a reboot for the two units?
