I purchased the ew11 product to connect with a product that communicates using the RS485 RTU method. As shown in the attached file, I can receive serial data by directly connecting to a PC. However, data cannot be received when connected to ew11 products. How to set up RS484 RTU method?

Good morning, I have problems configuring HW Flow Control on the module EPORT PRO EP20. After sending the command FlowCtrl Enable the module exit the Cli mode. The RTS of the USB-UART, which I'm using to test the device, cable is at logic level low (0V) so the module can output messages, but it does not respond. See the output in the file attached.
