【详情】：Hello! I'm trying to get data from the UPS. I can do it when UPS connected directly to the server but it doesn't work using EW11. Please help me with the configuration.

【回答】：There is no problem with the configuration of EW11, please check whether the UART wiring is correct, A to A, B to B
